An Internet Crossroads

The internet is a large place, and it's easy for interesting, useful, or fun things to get lost. Finding them is as easy as typing in the right URL... if you know it. The purpose of Internet Crossroads is to share these URL's so readers can also find these less known places on the internet.

I'll update the site every Monday with five new topics pulled, mostly, from the internet.

A little know but good personality test. It tries to determine which of three personality types you are closest to. Resolute Organizational(RO), Intuitive Adaptable(IA), or Charismatic Evidential(CE). Some people are almost entirely one type, others a combination of two(especially people where IA is dominant), and a few have traits of all three present.

Destination:The Unknown

The Ganzfeld studies stand as one of the less talked about 'Paranormal' studies. They really don't have much for either side. The 'believers' have been spoiled by TV shows and seem to view anything short of full telepathy or discovering one is the reincarnated Queen of Egypt as boring. The skeptics find the positive results of the many, many individual studies.... to be disturbing to say the least. They are left with vague comments about 'insufficient safeguards' and calling the dozens of different people and organizations who have done the testing liars. Only rarely are these 'insufficient safeguards' actually named, which is odd, because you normally can't get the bold truth-finders to shut up. Really, though, don't press the skeptics on it. They tend to become agitated.
